PLEASE, COMPLETE OUR CURRENT (2021) PLAYER INFORMATION FORM FIRST!

We have shortened our event registrations to what we consider essential items.  However, we need for each person who has NOT completed the 2021 PIF to do so FIRST here!

Also, be aware that emails for this registration will ONLY go to the person whose email address is included here.

Finally, on the final page of registration you will see a PayPal payment button. If you do not have a PayPal account, you are able to pay by Credit Card.

  • 5th-8th Grade Players

  • Tuesdays
  • 6:00PM-7:00PM 
  • Blue Sky Sports Center-Allen- 950 E. Main Street, Allen, TX
  • November- 2nd, 9th, 16th, 30th, AND December- 7th 

Cost:

  • $125.00
