TRAINING REGISTRATION PROCESS

StickStar Training Registration will look a little different in 2020 as we strive to increase efficiency and make the process easier. In order to do this, EVERYONE must complete the Player Information Form for 2020 PRIOR to any seminar registration.

Step 1: Fill out your Player Information Form for 2020. Click Here! (This only needs to be done ONCE! If someone else may have already completed it, ASK THEM!)
Step 2: Fill out your Abbreviated Training Registration below.
Step 3: If training is at SMU, know that there will be an SMU-required waiver sent out prior to the training. Normally, we get the event-specific forms without much time and need them to be printed out, completed (both sides), and turned in at the door.

It is HIGHLY recommended (although not required) that you obtain your United States Box Lacrosse Association (USBOXLA) number prior to training. This number must be active in good standing in order to participate in any USBOXLA sanctioned events.
