We have shortened our event registrations to what we consider essential items.  However, we need for each person who has NOT completed the 2021 PIF to do so FIRST here!
Also, be aware that emails for this registration will ONLY go to the person whose email address is included here.

Finally, if no payment link is included in this registration, you will be emailed payment instructions shortly prior to the event.  Normally, you have the option to pay online via PayPal prior to each event and with check or cash at check-in.
